REFLECTIONS

Tools. This semester's learning experience has not only enriched my skill set, but has also given me a deeper understanding of digital media production. Below are my reflections and feedback on my learning process during the semester.The PS course focuses on image editing and graphic design, while AE focuses on motion visuals and video effects. Through these two courses, I learnt how to use various tools and techniques to create and edit images, as well as how to create animations and video content. This semester has made me realise that both PS and AE take time and patience to master. I have also learnt how to make more effective use of resources, such as online tutorials and forums, to solve problems I encounter. In addition, I have become more aware of the importance of creative thinking in the visual arts.

He explained that Typography is an act of creating typefaces or type families. I learned that  typography has envolved over 500 years from calligraphy to digitalization. It is "the art and technique of arranging type to make written language legible, readable, and appealing when displayed". And the process also created numbers and symbols. Week2: lecture slides on character design Week3: Lecture slides on  chiarocuro  Week4:  Mr Hafiz taught us how to draw a picture of a man with shadows and placed it in pictures. In the first week we need to complete eight printing systems. Axial Radial Dilatational Random Grid Modular Transitional Bilateral "Typographical organization is complex because the elements are dependent on communication in order to function. Additional criteria such as hierarchy, order of reading, legibility, and contrast also come into play. The typographic systems are akin to what architects term shape grammars. The typographic systems are similar that the systems has a set of rules that is unique and provides a sense of purpose that focuses and directs the decision making."
