Final Reflection

What I have learnt from this module?

I learned how to apply design principles such as balance, contrast, repetition, rhythm, proportion and emphasis to create and evaluate design work. I also learned how to apply elements such as color, shape, line, and space in design and how to use these elements to convey specific emotions and messages. In addition, I have learned how to design visually appealing and functional pieces and may have gained a deeper understanding of different design styles and genres. Through these courses, I can improve my aesthetic and design skills and prepare myself for future design work.

What did I enjoy the most?

I enjoy exploring how to translate my creativity and ideas into visual artwork by learning the principles of design.I also really enjoyed my classes and interacting with my classmates and teachers.

What did I don't enjoy the most?

Classrooms are slightly cramped, but overall not bad.

What have I learnt about myself through this module?

I realized that I'm not a terribly hard worker, but still managed to turn in my assignments before the final time.

What has changed and what has not in my learning journey?

My abilities have improved, but my eagerness to learn has not changed.

What could be improved in this module?

Maybe add an assistant coach.

In the first week we need to complete eight printing systems. Axial Radial Dilatational Random Grid Modular Transitional Bilateral "Typographical organization is complex because the elements are dependent on communication in order to function. Additional criteria such as hierarchy, order of reading, legibility, and contrast also come into play. The typographic systems are akin to what architects term shape grammars. The typographic systems are similar that the systems has a set of rules that is unique and provides a sense of purpose that focuses and directs the decision making."   start date: week1- ending date: week4 LINGBU/0367209 Bachelor of design honour in creative media LECTURE Week1: As we have not got the Adobe access. Mr Hafiz taught us to play a small game. And below is the picture. Week2: lecture slides on character design Week3: Lecture slides on  chiarocuro  Week4:  Mr Hafiz taught us how to draw a picture of a man with shadows and placed it in pictures. INSTRUCTIONS PRACTICALS Week2: Week3 Week4: Week5: REFLECTION After completing a series of simple illustration exercises, I reflected on my progress and creative process. These exercises were designed to help me master basic illustration skills while also providing a platform to explore personal style. Below is my feedback on these exercises and the lessons learnt.
